Fredericton Police Force proved they are Racists against the Natives of St.Mary's First Nation!!!! Why claim that Native Kyle McCoy was the Shooter??? Why did Media told the Public that he was a wanted man???
They sent out a HUGE public Alert for the arrest of Native Kyle McCoy!!! They jumped the gun and believe he was the shooter at the corner of Saunders and Westmorland Street in Fredericton.
The shooter is still on the loose and nothing from this so-called Police Force.
What do you expect from a Police Force who falsely accuse innocent citizens in this City < With the back up of Mayor Mike O'Brien!! > to be Pedophiles????
There need to be a HUGE public inquiry on these racist assholes...
P.S. The Irving Media must apologize to Kyle McCoy!!
Charles;
ReplyDeleteThis particular case boggles the mind it has the appearance of a negative public relations move against Kyle.
What is troubling is that they used a paired association between Kyle and the shooting. At no time did the police confirmed or denied that Kyle was connected with the shooting, instead the paired the two separate events to make it "LOOK LIKE" Kyle was involved.
While I don't believe that all cops are bad, as a specialized group they would follow the normal distribution otherwise known as the bell curve, what the normal distribution tells us that there are going to be a few substandard police, and a few exceptional police officers. The rest falls in the middle they do their job.
The problem that I see with police is with the system its self, if the system is flawed then you can expect problems within the force, not only with the Fredericton Police but with all other forces as well including the RCMP.
The political will is the only body that can make changes, but it's difficult when the public is not consulted when changes are going to made to the police act.
I don't know how many times a year there is a meeting of all the municipal police. You can picture this fictional scene. All the municipal police chief sitting around this large oval table with the state of the art hookah pipe puffin away talking about police issues and how can they get more power over the citizens.
After come to an agreement they'll send their recommendation to the respective ministers. Because there is no public consultation from the minister there is no check or balance, so the minister gives them what they want.
Across Canada police forces are suffering from general anxiety disorders, on of the tell tell sign of anxiety disorders is you catastrophic everything, thinking the worst. Pray tell that if you encounter a police officer, and you happen to have to scratch you left testicle, the officer would immediately view that as a life treating and pump a round of bullets just to make sure that the nut scratchier is good and dead.
Remember that Ajax man who had a behavioral break down went out into the street naked as a Jay bird, I believe he had some broken piece of chair, well that was seen as a potential lethal weapon and the police assassinated him on the spot.
The police act, privacy and human rights all have to be amend to bring police force back to reality.
They have some explaining to do why the paired Kyle with the event, knowing people would assume he is guilty, I think Old lady Fitch is using the dark side of Her masters degree in sociology.
ReplyDeleteWhat I dont understand is how you guys can comment on the way police are conducting the investigation, including the arrest of Kyle MCCoy ... How can you comment on any of this , without knowing the details of the investigation ? Charles, we know why, he is mentally un-stable... But André I am surprised... We dont know why Kyle was arrested and for what reasons ? Why he was he released ? What led police to arrest him and release him etc ... I always have a hard time when I see people judging the way an investigation is conducted without knowing any facts of the investigation ... You guys should know better ... Any major crimes I have seen our police here investigate, most were resolved ...
ReplyDeleteHumm; 11:54, you should read my commentary a little more closely or maybe I didn’t clarify my point. Nowhere did I comment on the way the Fredericton Police conducted their investigation. My discussion is based on in information that was given to me anecdotally by a credible source that told me that the arrest was not related to the shooting, so why create the illusion that Kyle was involved in some way with the shooting.
ReplyDeleteI also did not comment on the intent of the police to why they paired the shooting with Kyle, however I did describe the negative consequence that it had by making it “LOOK LIKE” Kyle was involved. If he was not connected, one has to question whether it was coincidence or was it done with intent to deceive. If it was coincidental, then the pairing was just by chance and life goes on. If on the other hand it was done for another reason, then we have to look at the rationale behind using paired association to determine whether or not the deception was justified.
The second part of my argument centered around the overall policing system across Canada and that there seems to be a reluctance at the political level to address those issues.
While Policing fulfills an important role in our society to maintain a sense of stability, there also has to be checks and balances in place so that our fundamental rights and freedoms isn’t compromised in the process.
André thanks for the response... Let me say this.. I think your digging too deep here... If your source thinks his arrest was not related to the shooting then I am here to tell you your source is terrible...Its pretty clear it was related to the shooting... It was in the media for once, and his name came up related to the shooting ...Dont try too much to see outside the box ...cheers..
