Is it the Body of Former Dieppe Fire Chief Charles LeBlanc found nearwharf in Saint Thomas de Kent???

Of course this is just this Blogger way of thinking.....something VERY strange been happening at the Fire Hall in Dieppe which lead me to believe it is Charles LeBlanc who was found in the water.
