The guy cant even remember where he parked his car and ends up searching for it all over the parking garage for a half hr on video when it was parked on the street. It kinda proved that his time as mayor was up.

Thank the good Lord he's gone. To listen to him jabber on anyone would think he did a good job and we had an honest council and police farce.
