Racism VERY much alive at the Justice Building in Fredricton??? You tell moi??? HERE'S THE FACTS!!!!

I was going to do a video in the area but these ones will prove my point 100%!!!!!

I really don't have to say much..< LUCKY YOU!!!! >

After our Racist Justice system orders the Indians or the Welfare Bums in Jail? They are paraded in front of the cameras for the whole world to see.

Exhibit A-

< This video was taken the day before Dennis Oland showed up in case.>

I sent this email to Justice Minister Stephen Horsman the evening before Dennis Oland arrive for his Bail Hearing!!!!

I wish to voice a complaint on the manner the workers at the Justice Department in Fredericton are treating people who are being escorted or imported from Jail to the Justice Building.

Once they arrive. The Irving media are allowed to stand up on the steps and take pictures of the accuse.

But last week or other important people? The media are not allow to stand on the steps.

Can you please tell me why this Double Standard Policy?

Thank you!!

I saw the Minister a few days later on the streets. < You must love living in the Capital and never leave home without your camera >

Exhibit B -

Dennis Oland showed up the day after and I guess the Fredericton Police told the media to stay off the stairs.

You don't have to watch the whole video. Just fast forward it to 18.00! < Watch the Sheriffs freaking out!!! >

So what's with the Racist Double Standard Policy anyway???

P.S. It's strange that media don't cover stories like this eh????
2. First off, it has nothing to do with rights. The door that they would have used for Depres is a door used by Justice staff. It made zero sense to transport someone in and out of that door due to the fact that the staff use it to come in and out of the building. hence it being moved to the side of the building. It had zero to do with rights of the prisoners and everything to do with safety of staff.

The gate on the entrance that they use for prisoners now is to block them from the door that the judiciary use. That door is used (mostly) by QB and court of appeal judges. Basically that gate was put up for their protection and gives the sheriffs more control of their surroundings in case you have someone who may try to take off. The reason why the public is not allowed on the back steps is due to the same reason -- the judiciary uses that back step. Now, I'm sure you can appreciate that our poor little province can't afford to always have security on the steps during a transfer. HOWEVER, in situations that they expect to have a lot of media (ie Dennis Oland) they do have someone at the back step to ensure that no one goes up on the steps. As I explained above, that door is used by the Judiciary only. Anticipating that journalists would be there early that day, they had someone there to keep it clear for the judges. It's really no more complicated than that Charles. I know that you don't like simple and reasonable explanations. It's nothing more than what I just explained to you.

This is why people have issues with you. You take something like this and blow it out of proportion. Everyone knows you don't like the system and that really is your choice. BUT if you're going to claim to be a journalist, then get the actual information and tell the truth. There is no conspiracy with the doors, no racism, nothing. It was for the safety of the judiciary. Sorry to burst your bubble.
