Dan Keenan must believe in inventing by-laws. A lot of present city councillors are going to get a big wake-up if they think we are going to vote for them when they did not question the Mayor on this issue. I just wish we were allowed to vote for Chief of Police. She didn't have any issue with what the Mayor did either.
