I am a little confused here ....You say you are proving they are racist because they did not give a ticket to a black guy ? But they knew the guy so they left. Can you tell me how is this racist ?

White guy would have never been questioned....Because Black was working..he was left alone....black guy just riding bike without helmet would have been arrested....
I cannot read the idiotic comments left by people at 09:23 and 13:06 and say nothing. "You've been debunked countless times, by average Joes to experts. They all say riding a bike with a helmet saves lives. You're just cheap that you won't purchase a helmet." Many "experts" disagree, which you would know if you bothered to research. Statistics show a helmet will not protect or save lives of people hit by a motor vehicle. Ribs, legs, spines, arms and pelvises are broken and smashed like eggshell by vehicles weighing 4,000 pounds or more. Lungs are punctured and damaged, along with other internal organs, and arteries are severed. No helmet can stop that happening. As for the comment at 13:06 - you are the one who is a little confused, or you just don't keep up with current affairs. You say "I am a little confused here ....You say you are proving they are racist because they did not give a ticket to a black guy ? But they knew the guy so they left. Can you tell me how is this racist ?" You don't seem to know that black people are stopped all the time, where other people are not. The cop fond he knew him after he stopped him, then let him go. If the cop had not personally known the black guy he would have proceeded to ticket him for an infraction that the obviously wealthy, working and white people are not ticketed. Time to start paying attention instead of criticising Charles, who knows more than you two.
