Fredericton Police are going door to door to hunt down this Panhandler!!

Isn't there bigger crime in this City????

Panhandling, riding a bicycle without a helmet, Accusing the citizens to be Pedophiles and act on 3rd Party complaint.....We need to bring in the R.C.M.P.!<
