Brad Woodside refuse to give me the disclosure of the warrant they sent me yesterday.
I went to the Justice Building today and they told me they didn't have anything on file. I was confused because Provincial Judge Mary Jane Richard signed the papers!!!
Here's my update after a hectic day -

This Racist system must be investigated by the Province. Brad Woodside MUST resign for acting like he's above the law.
I will submit a complaint to the Justice Minister and Attorney General to investigate the City of Fredericton!!
Thank God the Legislature will be opening because this issue or system will be asks to the Politicians and Bureaucrats.
The wrongdoing continues. These documents are not for by-law tickets. These are for provincial offences and an Information has to be sworn before a judge before a summons can be issued. Even then an Appearance Notice is issued unless the judge has held a hearing to consider the informant's allegations and review evidence. The summons has to be served with a plea of guilty form and various other information.
ReplyDeleteAnyone getting a ticket should go to section 9 to 16 of the Provincial Offences Procedure Act at this link: http://laws.gnb.ca/en/ShowPdf/cs/P-22.1.pdf and note that it looks as though the Government of New Brunswick has hidden the regulated Forms for these proceedings, so no-one can see what they should say.
Nothing has been done according to the law in this ticket issued to Charles. It's time the people of New Brunswick inform themselves about these issues, otherwise the abuses by the law and justice system will get worse.
The people of Fredericton will gladly turn a blind eye to what's going on which Charles; he has no friends (save for a few misguided followers) and has really burned his bridges. I was talking to someone about him and he basically said that because of his attitude and how he treats people; he has no credibility. Look at some comments among some groups about him; he is not liked at all
Delete@20:15 you have just confirmed prejudice and personal opinion rules and the City of Fredericton is above the law. The City's conduct should be about the LAW not whether Charles is disliked, or idiots like you don't think he has credibility. As for Charles not being liked - his blog has a huge following and makes a difference for the better. The only people who dislike him are City employees, including cops, politicians and judges because he is showing the world that they break the law every day, instead of enforcing and upholding it. Please tell us who "someone" is why their personal opinion of Charles is so important? Is it Brad? Is it Madonna Peddle? Is it Leanne Fitch or Julian Dickson? Do tell.
ReplyDeleteIt's not any of the names you mentioned; fool. It's the people I work with; my friends, my family; the important people in my life. The random stranger on a facebook page who told Charles to f**k off. If you actually did some digging, you'd see how much Charles is disliked in this city by average citizens, people who view him as using the backs of the less-fortunate as a soapbox to spew his hate, bigotry, and disrespect.

If Charles is not liked how did he raise $4,189 towards his defence? A lot of us are questioning the credibility of the Mayor and the judges in this city who were all politically appointed. Good luck Charles.

ReplyDeleteThe question is not whether Charles is cycling on the sidewalk or not, it's why he is the only one out of hundreds of people who get a ticket for it and the only one the Farce accepts 3rd party complaints against and lay charges with no evidence or credibility.
