Why don't you clean it up? Volunteers clean up roads and parks all the time; why not step up and do something positive for the community?
I already did my job to the Community by reporting this Environmental Disaster!!!But seriously....after I left the area, it came to my minds of all those people who pissed and shit in the area.The workers must wear gloves, rubber boots and white coverall!!!!
