Word is spreading that I will be to Jail for 6 months!!!!
After listening to Judge Mclean on Friday...there's no questions about it!!
It's all change...I'm not allow to call witnesses, show videos or prove that the Cops and Lawyer are lying!!!
The Irving media ARE NOT interested in covering the issue of Summary charges....
I put a complaint to the Court Journalist on Friday and he got mad and walked out!!!
Yes...I need a lawyer and the way things are going? I am going to have a VERY difficult time in locating one in this Province....
Dont mislead the public....my understanding is you will be allowed to show videos but that you could not in the last hearings as those hearings were apparently disclosure issues..apparently at a Trial hearing you can bring any evidence forward including what videos or witnesses you think you need to....so don't LIE to the public...you call the system crooked and the cops and lawyers lying yet you do the same thing...and remember Charles you admitted yourself on video that you hit the guy...so who is lying....obviously not him about being hit
ReplyDelete15:12 - you are wrong. Evidence must be presented to support a motion. It can be filed with the motion, attached as exhibits to an affidavit, and can also be presented during the hearing. Judges refusing to review relevant evidence is a miscarriage of justice. Totally unacceptable. You are ignorant about the law and your email is very abusive towards Charles.
ReplyDeleteyou are kidding me.abusive!!!!...what because I disagree......typical answer when some one disagrees with your point of view...so if I am wrong how is it all motions were denied.....and Charles was apparently told that a lot of his questions are for trial...even in the comments on his new blog states the prosecutor objected and stated that question is for trial...amazing how you guys twist everything to suit yourselves..I have many dealings with the cops over my life time more bad than good and I know the system....but remember charles admits to hitting this guy...his own words.....argue that..not stupid waste of time motions

ReplyDelete8:30 are you missing the whole story? It is not about Charles hitting the guy it is why are they charging Charles for a simple defense against an aggressor who took the first swing.

The question lies weather one has the right to defend oneself when attacked?

Facts are facts and it is very obvious Charles is being attacked by the system and they have been doing so since they almost killed Charles on live CBC many years ago in Saint John.
The abuse has been going on for over 7 years now.
Keep up your spirit Charles some day all the abuse against you will be dealt with in their very own trial in front of God Himself. It will determine the HEAT and torture they get with their father satan.
