Top should say "Establishment" not people. This started way before the Liberals. The courts and law enforcement are corrupt because that is how the "establishment" wants it to be - and has made it so over centuries, going back to the Magna Carta. Let's not forget, our common law legal system is taken from the English law system. The Brits (of whom I am one) have spent hundreds of years, perfecting how to screw the people, and make a lot of money doing it.
