Fredericton Park Patrol almost killed citizen riding a bicycle without a helmet!!

It's a follow up from the story I heard last night on the Police Scanner!!!

They made it sound as if the individual who was riding a bicycle without a helmet was the bad guy!!!

I also heard that the Rat Patrol but off a woman with a baby in the back!!!
