This whole Michel Vienneau is very sketchy. For one in the initial report it stated the RCMP who shot him were in plain clothes. If that is the case you can't blame Vienneau for trying to flee I would also seeing armed men who were not clearly identified approach my vehicle. It is time the police answer and be accountable for incidents like this.
