  1. Will we ever get to hear the outcome? Has the press confirmed without a doubt Bathurst police personnel are responsible for this crime?

  2. Why are Canadians so complacent & tolerant of this bad police behaviour ? An innocent man, Michel Vienneau was shot and killed by Bathurst New Brunwick Police at a VIA Rail train station. It could have me or you who just got off the train in Bathurst and was killed !
Police are saying nothing, The locals are saying nothing, and the Canadian press and media say little. I guess it is true that Canadian folks only care about Tim Hortons coffee, hockey games, and the news from the USA.
Fascinating how the most people in Canada now about the Police shooting in Ferguson, MO but hardly any Canadians know about Michel Vienneau being shot and killed by Canadian Police.

  3. WHY WHY WHY
They probably knew pretty good what happenned an hour after the shooting or right after they questionned the Bathurst police and some visual withness about what happenned, . They are doing a full investigation, I understand. But: Why is it taking so long, why didnt they intercept M. Vienneau as soon he was getting out the train?, Why the police were not wearing uniform, instead of being undercover? Was he the person they wanted to intercept? and why is it taking so long, I'm almost afraid to think that we will never know. The longer it takes, the more I'm suspicious I am of our justice system. I hope the truth is gonna come out, mistake or not from the Bathurst police. In order to trust, we need to know the truth.

  4. If this would have been a citizen he would have been locked up until his trial but since it is
Police they seem to have different rights. This must be terrible for the family to wait this long
Especially when they know this man was innocent.
