Charity meters in the Downtown core of Fredericton is the most ridiculous idea I ever heard!!!

They claimed this will help to eliminate the Panhandlers!!!!

These panhandlers are there because of addiction issues!!!

This racist Council should tackle the issue of the less fortunate being hunt down by the Police on the Walking Trails!!!!
