Horsman's silence is deafening - he should have a comment, even if it is just theoretical, and he should have instigated an inquiry. The NB Attorney General, now Serge Rousselle, has a legislated responsibility to ensure that all public matters are dealt with according to the law. That hasn't happened and these people now need to step up, instead of waiting for our partisan judges to protect the government bodies instead of the public. Horsman has been given these positions so that he can use a lot of words to say nothing at all - he is the perfect politician.
