Roger L. Brown RCMP New Brunswick Commanding Officer speaks about Ron Francis Death!!!!

  1. What Brown doesn't say that this is murder as surely as Ashley Smith was murdered. Ron Francis became a target when he spoke out about his experience with the RCMP. They know all about PTSD and all about its triggers and how to work the system. The FPD and RCMP accosted him last December knowing full well that they would trigger him into a reaction as PTSD is a reactionary disease.

They made us some weak story about doing a wellness check and couldn't find him at home. Clearly they were able to find him as they tracked him down like a dog and accosted him. The Public Service Contract is very clear that managers work with people on sick leave through their medical team. Even if they felt they had to do a wellness check, they could have made an appointment and made sure it was nontriggering. An appointment would have allowed Ron to prepare and be able to deal with the situation, but that is not what they wanted. They wanted to get him so they took the most destructive, for Ron, way available to them to carry out a very iffy agenda. Then they took him away from his family for his last Christmas on earth. His death is on their hands.

There are two more people on their list that I know of. Charles LeBlanc and Jenn Wambolt.
They have not been successful yet with Charles although L'Oiseau clearly was sent to try but it foiled so they tried to accuse him of child pornography. When confronted FItch like Brown found a way to blame the victim.

As for Jenn Wambolt, she was assaulted twice by RCMP Officer TODD PUGH yet they have sought to protect him by destroying her entire family. Judge DICKSON who will never have the ethics of his father, recused himself from the case because TODD PUGH is a friend. Then he came back and said he didn't know what PTSD was. He finally decided he would "Teach her a lesson." He and a very vicious Crown Attorney CLAUDE HACHE ganged up on her and had an agreement before the court hearing to destroy her. They haven't killed her yet but they won't stop until they do.

I hope an inquest is held and the police and RCMP in Fredericton have to be accountable like the Correctional Service of Canada has to be with Ashley Smith.

I would sign this but then I would be a target. I am that convinced of the destructive forces within the RCMP and Fredericton City Police.

  2. Well, I'm not THAT convinced, but when I heard this guy on the CBC I thought what a difference between this and the officers in Moncton. By the end of the talk it didn't even sound like he LIKED the guy.

However, like the above I think its disingenuous for the police to be talking as if this is a problem just for 'first responders'. There are people out there who have experienced far worse than any fireman or even police officer who just as legitimately suffer from PTSD. So perhaps before lecturing everybody else on how 'first responders' need to be helped, they could act within their own policies to attend to the mentally ill out there who are just as legitimate sufferers as they are-often moreso.

  3. The RCMP J Division and the Fredericton City Police must be high fiving over this. Mone more off their death list. Just a few more to go, then they can start a new list or add some to the bottom.
