Well, this ties in with the escalation in brutal assaults against young men. There might not be a statistical increase in assaults, but there is certainly an escalation in the violent types of assult - and we are stuck with the Keystone kops, who couldn't solve a crime if it happened in front of them. They would be too busy looking at cyclists with no helmet on.
