Fredericton Councillor David Kelly is dead!!!

Many wouldn't know him but he was the Councillor of all Councillors!!!

I would write a long Blog but I haven't down this since the City ordered my Blog shut down and I expect another shut down in the near future.

All I will say - My Deepest Sympathy to his Family and Friends!
