Homelessness in Fredericton is a BIG joke!!!

Especially since the Mayorand Council are known to be racists against the Less fortunate in this City!!!! Can you imagine a person with a mental disorder calling 9-11 because he saw a fire in the Downtown area and was almost arrested by the orders of the Dispatcher??? NUTS!!!!
