I won the battle!!!!!...I lost 22 pounds since December 27th.....I believe I'm going to celebrate with a Double Double......It wasn't easy but me and Deogy did it!!!! 🙂...🙂...🙂...All began when I was asked---Is that a Turkey in his belly??? The rest is history...the other individual lost 11 pounds......Problem with the individual and MANY others is Facebook.....Sitting is the new smoking.....Staying on Facebook all night long is not good....you have to get out and walk....Deogy loves it!!!!....🙂...🙂...🙂
