It was 5 years ago this morning the Fredericton Police and R.C.M.P. raided my place believing the Blogger was a Pedophile!!!
Yeessssss....how time flies.....at 10:00am this morning the Fredericton Police and the R.C.M.P. raided my little place believing they would find child porn. What a bunch of idiots!!!!
A couple of years later, I would find these papers that prove they believe the Blogger was a pedophile!!! I FLIPPED!!!!
BELOW IS THE STORY AND BELOW THAT IS THE STORY THAT HAPPENED A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO AND CONNECTED TO MY RAID. I BELIEVE THIS BATTLE WILL CONTINUE FOR A FEW MORE YEARS BECAUSE FREDERICTON POLICE CHIEF LEANNE FITCH WILL NOT BACK DOWN AND I WON'T EITHER!!!! WE MUST ELREPLACE THIS POLICE FORCE!! THE CITIZENS ARE IN GREAT DANGER!!!! Ok...I believe it's time for this Blogger to write a little Blog about the Fredericton Gestapo raiding my place last Thursday!!!
January 19th started very good. My Native friend knocked at my window and asked me if I wanted to go at Tim's Horton for a coffee?
Away we we went!!
I suggested to her that she comes inside my place? It would be the very first time she has ever been over my home.
Once inside, she sat in a cozy chair.
She was relaxed and we chatted. It began to get warm so I went to open the curtin of my window.
I sat down and minutes later, I said - WHAT THE FUCK?????
I noticed 8 to 10 plain clothes and uniform Cops walking very fast past my window.
I never saw so many Cops in the area of the City!!
I quickly went for my weapon...
Opppsssss I meant my camera and quickly proceeded to video the action outside of my place.
But little did I knew that I was the action.
They had the key of the building and proceeded right to my door.

Well....it must have been a rush for my Native friend because she quickly stood from her chair and out the door she went.
GONE AND VAMOOSE!!!
Don't blame the poor girl....
So....there I was alone with 8 to 10 cops in my little place.
If I would have been alone? I could have been seriously injured. I'm surprised they never assaulted the Native girl because I did hear the Fredericton Cops were racists against the Natives.
These guys reminded me of the Gestapo!! They were Stone-face like the Nazis!!
It was like I was the enemy!!
I asked - What is this all about???
They told me that it was a Libel charge laid by Police Officer Fred L'Oiseau against the Blogger!!
I quickly shot back - Isn't this suppose to be a civil matter??? You know...a lawyer would send me a letter in my mailbox???
With a smile Racist Cpl. Bobbi Simmons-. Beauchamp told me that it was a Criminal Charge and they have to search my place!!!
I asked - Listen???? Can you bring my neighbor from upstairs in here so she can watch you guys??? I don't want you people to post Child Porn pictures on my computer!! I DON'T TRUST THE FREDERICTON POLICE FORCE!!!!!!!
They answered - Nope!!!
They proceeded to put the handcuff behind my back but I reminded the cops that I had a bad shoulder.
They said - Since we know you? We'll handcuff you with your arm in front of you.
Once again as my arrest with the blowhorn last summer. It was the same cop in charge of my arrest.
It was racist cop Cpl. Bobbi Simmons - Beauchamp!!!
She asked me if I wanted my rights in French?
I answered - You know what? In a situation like this? Yeah!!! I'll have my rights en Francais!!!
This stone-face gestapo cop came along with the name - Carter on his jacket.
I said to myself - Carter???? Francais????
He took a deep breath and began reading my rights. I quicky stopped the guy and said- EN CHIAC!!! JE PARLE LE CHIAC!!!
Sigghhhhhh.....
They wouldn't allowed me back inside my place!
I asked my my medications!!! At first, they wouldn't give it to me but I'm certain they remembered of the public uproar once Staff in the Jail in Saint John denied my medications.
They allowed me to have my medications and to jail we went!!!
It was embarrassing to be escorted in handcuff where everyone can see ya!
Once in jail, they explained to me the charges and put me in a very cold cell!!!
It was like a Gestapo style Squad at the Police Station. Guys like

They guys used to talk to me but this time around they were Stone-Face like Nazis!! They looked brainwashed! They looked at me as I was a piece of shit!!!
Very strange......I will never respect these cops again in my life.
I told one cop and I truly apologize for calling them - Racists!!!
The Cop replied - That's good Charles...
I shot back - You're not racist....YOU'RE GESTAPO!!!!
To the cell I went....
So what do you do with a person with ADHD in a jail cell?
This was beginning to be a habit!!!
All this because of a bicycle!!!
Hours went by and I was wondering what just happened??? This must be a huge nightmare??? Nope!! It was the real thing!!
Others were in Jail for some break and enter issues.
I began to do some sit ups in the cell. Hey? What better way to get in shape?
For hours, nobody came and talk to me until one Acadian Yves Despres came to the scene to speak to me En Chiac!!!
He bought me to a room on the 3rd floor and began asking me questions!!
Such as - Who asked me to become a Blogger??? Who has my user name and password??? What was the name of the girl in my place when I was arrested?
All these questions are useless anyway because the minute I was arrested and bought to jail? I said on camera - Anything I say cannot be held against me because I have ADHD and I speak before thinking. Therefore you can't use what I say in court.
He continued by saying that I should have called the Cop a bad word???
I shot back - HE SHOULD HAVE DID WHAT HE DID!!!!!!!!
I felt like I was in China!!!! Bloggers are shot in that country!!!
So...at the end he bought me back to the Jail cell!!
I laid down on that cement bed and suddenly I got huge pain in the the left side of my side!!!
I quickly called for the guard and she quickly came.
I had my arm up and couldn't move!!!
5 minutes later Matt Myers and others came to see what was going on???
I said - I guess I'm going to die a martyr Blogger!!!! You guys have been trying to killed me since last summer!!! Bye bye cruel world!!!
I felt like Redd Foxx taking the big one!!
You should have seen the looks on these Cops face. They changed from Stone-Face to concern. Can you imagine if the Blogger would have died behind bars?
WOW!!!!
At the end, it was muscle spasm on my side from doing these sit ups!!!
Minutes later, I was escorted to an area where I was finger printed and photograph like the criminal the stone-face gestapo Cops believed I was!!!
Then we came to the part where the cops forced a person to sign papers to the point that you'll be release from custody!!
Conditions are important in this case such as the last time the Prosecutor wanted me to signed papers not to be at the corner of Westmorland and Queen Street. I told Judge Julian Dickson that I wouldn't signed those papers because I have to cross the Westmorland Bridge to go to the North Side. I had to used the Westmorland Bridge.
The Judge ordered me in Jail for two days and the Gestapo ordered my medications be cut off. I could have taken a stroke.
Conditions in this case? I can mentioned the name Fred L'oiseau but I can't used his picture or condemn him.
I started to walk toward the cell and said - Lets go to Saint John I guess? I'm not signing any papers with conditions.
After around 20 minutes of debating? With no lawyers around to help me decide? I signed the papers.
Someone called the cop and asked if I agreed to the conditions?
The Cop replied- IT'S DONE!!!!
I left the Police Station and made an interview.

I arrived home and I was surprised that all my stuff was gone from my place. They took everything!!!
A code on the wall, hard drive, keyboard, external hard drives, speakers and modem!!
I was confused of the reason they would take all these items???
I returned to the Police Station and demanded some answers???
They told me they could keep all my items after my case is done in court.
Well....I was like a lost dog without its bone.
I came and felt that my privacy have been invaded.
Then I began to think about what the Gestapo Police Force could see in my computer.
All my contacts with the Government, friends and foes.
Will the Fredericton Gestapo begin to arrest my friends???
Will other charge follow????
The word soon spread on the information Highway that the Blogger was once again arrested by the Fredericton Gestapo Police Force!!!
Someone showed up over my place and told me that I could have his computer!!
I reminded the guy that I didn't have a modem! It was no good to me.
The next morning the arrest was all over the News.
Different people from the media circle showed up over my very dirty place....

People began confronting me on the streets with their views and they were very very very upset with our local police.
My answer was always the same - Thank God that I don't smoke Marijuana or into Child Porn!!!
Yes....I might have visited a few Porn Site? but there's no Child Porn on my computer.
They took my external Hard drive with close to 170,000 pictures in there. Are they going to look through all the pictures?
That could take weeks!!!
Who's paying for all this anyway???
Friday evening, I didn't have a computer in my place and I felt like a lost puppy.
A buddy figured that I would be having a hard time so he invited me over his home for a meal and beers!!!!
Even sent me home all drunk up with two bottle of wine for me to enjoy!!!
Very nice...
The next morning, I arrived at the Farmer's Market a little late.
I quickly found out that many people asked me if I had a computer? People wanted to help. The citizens were very very very upset with the Cops!!!
From the high profile people to the less fortunate. Everyone wanted to help me get back on line so I could continue blogging.
Someone came over with a modem with a message to the Gestapo Cops!
People were giving me money on the streets!!
I told the concern citizens that I was ok and lets see what's going to happen?
The stories was in all the media!!
Monday came and people were still talking about the arrest, They just couldn't believe it.
The media once again came over my place to do a follow up!!!
I received many emailed from people who wanted to donate a computer and money!!!
I was told to go at the Post Office at Shopper's Drug Mart at Kings Place.
Once there, there was a little lined up. I asked the Pharmacist if the media could video me for a few minutes inside the drug store. He agreed!
I noticed a male snob in front of me. He looked very uncomfortable with all the media in the area.
I said - Can I go ahead of you. It will only take a few minutes.
He said- This is just bad timing from my part. I believe that I'll come back another time and he left the area.
I was surprised when the Postal worker told me there was $300.00 in there!!!
It's issues like this that keeps this Blogger going!!!!

A female showed up and I was back on line at around 5:00pm on Monday evening!!!
People been stopping me on the streets and giving me some money but I didn't want it.
Monday evening I showed up at City Hall and joined a Media Scrum asking questions to Racist Police Chief Barry Macknight about the arrest of the Blogger!!
I even joined the scrum and asked a few questions!

All this could have been settle over a cup of coffee last summer but the Police style of racism of not communicating with the less fortunate bought this issue to a point of no return.
I'm willing to forgot all this and move on in continue to promote this City of being the best place to live in Canada but I don't believe the people in power will want to sit down with me.
This is where this awful mess all began. I made a complaint and the Cops refuse to sit down and talk to me.

I heard stories from people who are assaulted on the streets and they say that they are not the same again.
I was told that I shouldn't walk alone at night!!! But that don't bother me anyway.
But when i hear foot steps in front of my door? I get edgy!!!
I feel like I'm living in North Korea or China.
I do not trust the Justice system in Fredericton. They have failed the less fortunate and the Judicial Council said that People with mental disabilities who asked questions in court will be jailed!!!!
Nazism in our Court System???

THIS IS THE ASSAULT THAT HAPPENED ON NOVEMBER 8TH 2016!!! STILL CONNECTED TO MY RAID IN 2012!!!!!!
It was a week this afternoon these two thugs approached me near the New Brunswick Legislature asked me to go for a ride at the Police Station.
I just came back from the deep woods. < left the City for 4 days > I will admit it has been a VERY hectic week. With Donald Trump elected as President that same evening.
How come the media are not asking questions on how can two Cops from the Edmundston Police Force come to this City and grab a citizen with no uniform police present. I understand President Trump took all the attention and everyone was hungover the next day...:P...I asked Fredericton SGT Dwight Doyle < who was in charge of the area > if he knew the two Cops from the Edmundston Police where in his jurisdiction??? He told me he didn't have a clue what was going on!!!!!
Deputy Chief Andre Madore from the Edmundston Police Force told me they have been working on this case against me for over one year and a half. I might add he also told me he never saw or read the Bernard Richard Report.
This goes to show me the Police didn't take his report seriously especially the part of dealing with people who are emotionally disturb.
The situation could have turned VERY ugly after they grab me because God knows what could have happened. Thank God...I never punch one of them!!!!
After a closer look at the video...I guess it did say Edmundston Police. I never saw the details because I was focusing on the stranger coming from behind me.
Do they REALLY believe that this Blogger was going to go into a vehicle with two strangers????
Sorry...this wasn't going to happen.
What put me on edge is when Deputy Chief Andre Madore smirked at his partner meaning - We have to listen to him???
I knew right then that I was in trouble. Because don't ever forget - WHAT YOU TELL THEM WILL BE USE AGAINST YOU IN A COURT OF LAW!!!!
The media is not covering this issue and I'm VERY surprise because on social media this issue is being debated BIG TIME!!!!!
How much money have the taxpayers paid for this foolishness???? These are good questions!!!!!

I have a complaint that I was ready to give to the Attorney General last week about the trial of the idiotic Poet and the Lawsuit against the Fredericton Police for telling my Internet Provider that I was exploiting Kids for Sex!!!
Now that the Fredericton Police have shut down the Scanner so therefore they have no watch dogs. I expect them to shut down this blogger in the near future.
I am filling a complaint to the New Brunswick Police Commission as soon as possible. We need a hearing of why the Fredericton Police are going to the extreme to cause me harm.
Funny part is I was during the last few weeks starting to feel at ease with the members of the Fredericton Police Force but sadly we are back to square one.
I am VERY edgy and upset on what just happen. We must get rid of these steroid gorillas a soon as possible before a citizen gets killed!!!!

So many questions and during the next few weeks I will be hunting down the Politicians and Officials on the street about my concerns. Especially right near the New Brunswick Legislature. How many other people have vanished from the streets because of our Police Force????

I had my camera on in my jacket inside the Police station but these clowns didn't know!!! Notice when he said - You will not see a lawyer but only talk to one. This is the way they do this. A lawyer on the phone tells you not to tell them anything but they still question you till the end.

I want the New Brunswick Police Commission to investigate two members of the Edmundston Police Force and the members of the Fredericton Police Force.
On November 8th at around 1:00pm, I was standing at the corner of Brunswick and St.John Street. As a Blogger, I confront MLA'S heading towards the New Brunswick Legislature for stories.
I noticed two men heading towards me in Black Suits. These strangers separated once they came 10 to 15 feet from me.
One guy quickly stood behind me and the other quickly showed me a badge saying - Monsieur LeBlanc I am the Police Chief of the Edmundston Police Force. Can you come with us for a drive at the Police Station.
I quickly went for my camera because I didn't know these two individuals and I don't believe that the Chief of Police from the Edmundston Police Force would travel all the way to the Capital to speak with me.
I said - What is he doing? Why is he behind me? I told Edmundston Police officer Andre Madore.
Andre Madore identified as the police Chief asked if i wanted to go at the Station?
I said no. Edmundston Police officer Sgt Rejean Couturier said - I am the Police in charge from Edmundston.
I said - Why are you behind me?
They repeated they were Cops from Edmundston.
I asked - If they were speaking Quebecois?
Andre Madore said - Yes but Rejean Couturier said he spoke - Le Brayon.
I asked them because I had a difficult time to understand their French because I speak Le chiac and I'm from Memramcook.
They told me they wanted to speak with me about the issue of "defamatory Libel"
I said - Lets speak English.
They switched to English.
I had to tell them again to not get too close. I added that I had the camera on and pointed to the other cameras in the area. They said - That's good.
I asked Andre Madore the reason they did not come to my house?
He did not answer.
He said - Well... we are here now. We saw you. We decided we wanted to talk to you.
I asked - How did you know me?
He said - Like I am trying to tell you. I am with the City of Edmundston Police Force.
I asked - Are you R.C.M.P.
He said - Let me talk to you.
I replied - I had 3 double double coffee and I have ADHD!
We would like to talk to you about Defamatory Libel.
I said - AGAIN??
He said - Yes, in regards to the Fredericton Police Force.
He said - Several of them and the ones you called Pedophiles.

He grabbed me and I yell - GET THE R.C.M.P.!!! GET THE R.C.M.P.!! I DON'T KNOW YOU!!! I DON'T KNOW YOU!!!! HEY!!! NO! NO! NO! NO!! I don't know you. Leave me alone. Get the R.C.M.P. here. Don't grab etc etc...while running in the middle of busy King Street with two strangers chasing me.
Andre Madore yelled - STOP!!!
I repeated my objections of being grabbed. I began to yell for the R.C.M.P.!!
They kept on yelling - STOP!!! They continued to grabbed at me in the middle of King Street.
Then I yelled repeatedly - GET THE POLICE to the dozens of bystanders.
Andre Madore said- We are going to go!!
I said- No! You are not taking my anywhere.
I repeated my previous objections and asked again for the Cops while they continued to grab me. I shouted You could be Mafia for all I know.
I said - You hurt my shoulder!!!
They said - Well yes...you did that yourself. They both shouted - STOP RESISTING!!!
I repeated myself in shouting - STAY AWAY!!! I DON'T KNOW WHO YOU PEOPLE ARE!!!
I repeated for the need of an Ambulance. They said - You are coming with us!!!
I said - No!
They said - YOU ARE UNDER ARREST RIGHT NOW!!!
I said - I would not get into their car because they were in plain clothes.
Andre Ouellette the Executive Assistant to Minister of Public Safety Denis Landry arrived at the scene.
I asked him if he was responsible for this???
Andre and the plain clothes individual all told me to relax.
I said - Ok...get the R.C.M.P. here.
The Cops then told me they were taking me to R.C.M.P. Headquarters.
I said - No!!! STOP TOUCHING ME!!!
They once again told me that I was under arrest.
Andre Madore told me that I should know Rejean Couturier because I have supposedly seen him before.
Rejean Couturier then proceeded to explain to me that he met with me at my house concerning a case ordered by Dan Bussieres

He wanted to charge me with criminal code 300 4 years ago also -
I repeated the fact that I wanted a uniform Cop and stop grabbing me. They then said they wanted to take me to Oromocto R.C.M.P..
I said - I am not going there.
The Cops told me they were going to bring me.
I said - I wanted a lawyer.
They said - Ok..you can see a lawyer.
I said - Do I have the right to a lawyer?
He said- Yes, you do. Lets go. We need to go to a Police Station if you want to see a lawyer.
They tried to grab me again! Then they tried to grab my camera. I put it in my pocket.
I said - Am I under arrest and for what?
For defaming members of the Fredericton Police Force.
I said - Which one?
They replied - Matt Myers, Robb Costello, Frederick L'oiseau, Darrell Carter, Yves Despres and two others!
Rejean Couturier - Come on Charles.....
Just then a citizen arrive on a bicycle and began making a video with his camera. He asked - What was going on?
Again??? I asked for the Cops and Ambulance.
The cops said - Come with us.
No!!! You hurt my shoulder!!! - I replied!
The cops yelled - STOP RESISTING!!! ..and so on....
Finally after 6 MINUTES and 20 SECONDS of my filming this confrontation they agreed to phone a uniform member of the Fredericton Police Force.
I once AGAIN told them that I have a mental illness and ADHD!!!
I told the Cops that I have a lawsuit against the members of the Fredericton Police Force.
I asked - If they knew about the case?
They said - No. I don't know about that.
I then said - Ahhhhh!!!! There's a Cop!!! OK... lets
I told the Fredericton Police officer - Now Mike! Mike? Are you involved in this???

I said - I want these people charge and I want their names. They grabbed me...I want them charge!!!! I am not going with these guys. You guys arrest me in uniforms ...no problem!! I am not going with those two guys...I don't know who they are?? They could be C.S.I.S.or whatever.
Mike Wilson - Charles, come and sit in my car just for a moment..calm down and we are going to try to figure all this out?
I said - I am not running..trust me. I am not running...
Mike Wilson - They are Policemen.
I said - They just came out of nowhere and suddenly they said - Charles? You are under arrest for libel.
They are coming after me again. Do you have some Ritalin or marijuana Mike?
Mike Wilson - No! I just want you to settle down for the sake of your health. I don't have any water.
Executive Assistant to Minister of Public safety Denis Landry Andre Ouellette once again came to the scene.
I said - Is this the way you do stuff? Send the God damn Cops after me???
Mike Wilson - Remember your health. Settle down!!
I said - I am not going with those two guys. You will have to handcuff me and put me on the ground. They are in plain clothes. Could be C.S.I.S., Strangers. I am not going there and get beat up. I don't think so!!!
Mike Wilson - ..and I don't want you to get beat up. I don't want you to get all work up like this. You are all work up.
I said - They grabbed me and I have to go to the hospital. Do you have a couple of pills Mike?
Mike Wilson - No...
I said - What are you f.....good for? Mike Wilson - Lets just get this thing figure out for your health.
Fredericton Police Officer Sgt Dwight Doyle said - The Edmundston Police said he is under arrest already for something that's on his Blog so they want to take you to our Station and talk to you.

There are so many unanswered questions in this case that I don't know where to begin.
1- The " Officers " accosted me on the street < Corner of King and St John Street near the New Brunswick Legislature. Seemingly an inappropriate action by people who have no Jurisdiction in Fredericton.
2- This person told me and Fredericton Police Officers told me that he was the Chief of Police and his partner was the Deputy Chief. Later he changed his mind saying he was the Deputy Chief and his partner was the Sgt.
3- They arrested me under the Criminal Code 300. This charge seem to be the same information as they had in 2012. In 2012, they arrested me with the same charge by the same members of the Fredericton Police Force. I was charged under the Criminal Code 301. This seem to be Double Jeopardy.
4- They said I was under arrest. Tried to arrest me. Did not succeed. The Fredericton Police intervened and took me to the Police Station to straighten the matter out. When they were asked directly by Police Mike Wilson if I was under arrest? They said - No.
5- At 3:03 in the video at the Police Station. Fredericton Police officer Sgt. Bobbi Simmons-Beauchamp's lawyer name was mentioned by Jason Forward while I was in the lobby at the Fredericton Police Station. Why was Bobbi Simmons's lawyer mentioned?
6- The Officers from the Edmundston Police Force were playing games with my mental Illness by confronting me on the street. Notice in the video before the wrestling match, Deputy Chief Andre Madore was smirking at his partner. He was goading me. Why?
7- Edmundston Police Sgt Rejean Couturier quickly stood behind me at the beginning. Making me VERY uncomfortable.
8- Did the Edmundston Police officers have jurisdiction to arrest a citizen in the City of Fredericton? Did someone direct them to arrest me on the street?
9- I requested on MANY occasions for a uniform officer. Do they have the right to ignore the wishes of a citizen who demands that an uniform officer be present?
10 - Fredericton Police Sgt in charge Dwight Doyle was not aware of their presence or their intentions. Should the Fredericton Police Force have been inform of the presence of another Police force in their City?
11- They have been working on the case for one year and a half. They told the media two years. The Fredericton Police Force didn't have knowledge of this case? Who did and who pays?
12- I was told by the Deputy Chief of the Edmundston Police " Andre Madore " that they DID NOT read the Bernard Richard Report that was made public on December 6th 2012 after my place was raided by the Fredericton Police Force. I was charge under the criminal code 301. Why would they be investigating without all the evidence? Why ignore the report?
13 - I was never shown a warrant for my arrest. So? Why was I arrested in the first place? The only paper I signed was a paper to make certain I had all my belongings. Looks like they arrested me just to interrogate me. Is this not a violation of my rights?
14 - I was treated as a Criminal by the Fredericton Police Force. Before going to the hospital. They took my shoes, hat, jacket, belt, wallet. I wasn't in handcuff or shackles. But this look like an attempt to intimidate me and validate the abduction.
15- In video the Deputy Chief Andre Madore and Sgt Rejean Couturier would allow me to relax then grabbed me AGAIN. This went on and on for close to 9 minutes and 19 seconds. Unless they are going to arrest an individual. They should not touch them.
16- Why didn't the members of the Edmundston Police Force read my Rights to me once they mentioned I was under arrest? In closing, I want the New Brunswick Police Commission to investigate my complaint. Did the Edmundston Police Force over step their duty in confronting me on the street in Fredericton?
Here's some other closing remarks - They approached me on the street.
They did not tell me that I was under arrest.
They split up. One in front and the other behind to intimidate me.
They told me they wanted to talk to me. To come in their car.
To go to the Oromocto Police Station. Since I was not under arrest? Why would they do this?
I told them to stay back. They would not.
This would have been abduction if they have succeeded.
They hurt my shoulder.
They would not call uniform officers to the scene.
I find it offensive and frighting. To think that any plain clothes Officer can go to any place and threaten an individual into submission to comply with their wishes. I did not comply and I do not think they had the right to do that.
When I defended myself they switch to " Arrest me " to force me away.
In the end there was no arrest but I have been physically assaulted and emotionally Traumatized!!!
I was approached on the Street.
Edmundston plain clothes Police attempting to arrest me in Fredericton.
Same people trying to take me to a third jurisdiction.
My rights were not read to me not until I was inside the Fredericton Police Station.
Do they not need a warrant to arrest me at all?
The following police forces to date have been part of this harassment, which appears to be orchestrated by the Fredericton Police Force, and maybe other players.
I wish there to be a thorough investigation of the incidents of harassment by the various police forces in NB. My civil rights have been breached by the continuous harassment based on false charges or other specious reasons.
I wish specifically an investigation of certain individuals who appear to be involved in the pattern of harassment which includes Matt Myers, Frederick l'oiseau, Yves Despres, Bobby Simmons-Beauchamps and others.
The appearance of Edmunston cops with no apparent mandate and being deceptive of their office, the duplicity of whether I was or not under arrest, the strange mention of Bobbi Simmonds's lawyer suggests clearly that this is part of the ongoing systematic harassment.
When I told them it was ridiculous to go to a third jurisdiction interview room. They then snap, said I was under arrest and they gabbed at me repeatedly. Refusing to comply with my request for a uniform police officer.
The grabbed and hurt my shoulder.
I haven't been the same since the attack on the street by the Edmundston Police officers.
I was once again publicly humiliated.
I don't feel safe when I notice a Police Cruiser driving by.
I am very edgy.
I am very insecure.
I was just beginning to trust the Fredericton Police Force.
They were having a change of attitude towards me and me towards them.
This action by the Police is very disappointing. Now they have bought this matter back up to the surface. Is this really necessary?
There has been a pattern of harassment by the police dating back to June 6th, 2011
I am sensitive to the activities of police forces against me due to this harassment. Thank you

January 19th started very good. My Native friend knocked at my window and asked me if I wanted to go at Tim's Horton for a coffee?
Away we we went!!
I suggested to her that she comes inside my place? It would be the very first time she has ever been over my home.
Once inside, she sat in a cozy chair.
She was relaxed and we chatted. It began to get warm so I went to open the curtin of my window.
I sat down and minutes later, I said - WHAT THE FUCK?????
I noticed 8 to 10 plain clothes and uniform Cops walking very fast past my window.
I never saw so many Cops in the area of the City!!
I quickly went for my weapon...
Opppsssss I meant my camera and quickly proceeded to video the action outside of my place.
But little did I knew that I was the action.
They had the key of the building and proceeded right to my door.

Well....it must have been a rush for my Native friend because she quickly stood from her chair and out the door she went.

Don't blame the poor girl....
So....there I was alone with 8 to 10 cops in my little place.
If I would have been alone? I could have been seriously injured. I'm surprised they never assaulted the Native girl because I did hear the Fredericton Cops were racists against the Natives.
These guys reminded me of the Gestapo!! They were Stone-face like the Nazis!!
It was like I was the enemy!!
I asked - What is this all about???
They told me that it was a Libel charge laid by Police Officer Fred L'Oiseau against the Blogger!!
I quickly shot back - Isn't this suppose to be a civil matter??? You know...a lawyer would send me a letter in my mailbox???
With a smile Racist Cpl. Bobbi Simmons-. Beauchamp told me that it was a Criminal Charge and they have to search my place!!!
I asked - Listen???? Can you bring my neighbor from upstairs in here so she can watch you guys??? I don't want you people to post Child Porn pictures on my computer!! I DON'T TRUST THE FREDERICTON POLICE FORCE!!!!!!!

They proceeded to put the handcuff behind my back but I reminded the cops that I had a bad shoulder.
They said - Since we know you? We'll handcuff you with your arm in front of you.
Once again as my arrest with the blowhorn last summer. It was the same cop in charge of my arrest.

She asked me if I wanted my rights in French?

They wouldn't allowed me back inside my place!
I asked my my medications!!! At first, they wouldn't give it to me but I'm certain they remembered of the public uproar once Staff in the Jail in Saint John denied my medications.
They allowed me to have my medications and to jail we went!!!
It was embarrassing to be escorted in handcuff where everyone can see ya!
Once in jail, they explained to me the charges and put me in a very cold cell!!!

This was beginning to be a habit!!!
All this because of a bicycle!!!
Hours went by and I was wondering what just happened??? This must be a huge nightmare??? Nope!! It was the real thing!!
Others were in Jail for some break and enter issues.
I began to do some sit ups in the cell. Hey? What better way to get in shape?
For hours, nobody came and talk to me until one Acadian Yves Despres came to the scene to speak to me En Chiac!!!
He bought me to a room on the 3rd floor and began asking me questions!!
Such as - Who asked me to become a Blogger??? Who has my user name and password??? What was the name of the girl in my place when I was arrested?
All these questions are useless anyway because the minute I was arrested and bought to jail? I said on camera - Anything I say cannot be held against me because I have ADHD and I speak before thinking. Therefore you can't use what I say in court.
He continued by saying that I should have called the Cop a bad word???
I shot back - HE SHOULD HAVE DID WHAT HE DID!!!!!!!!
I felt like I was in China!!!! Bloggers are shot in that country!!!
So...at the end he bought me back to the Jail cell!!
I laid down on that cement bed and suddenly I got huge pain in the the left side of my side!!!
I quickly called for the guard and she quickly came.
I had my arm up and couldn't move!!!
5 minutes later Matt Myers and others came to see what was going on???
I said - I guess I'm going to die a martyr Blogger!!!! You guys have been trying to killed me since last summer!!! Bye bye cruel world!!!
I felt like Redd Foxx taking the big one!!
You should have seen the looks on these Cops face. They changed from Stone-Face to concern. Can you imagine if the Blogger would have died behind bars?

At the end, it was muscle spasm on my side from doing these sit ups!!!
Minutes later, I was escorted to an area where I was finger printed and photograph like the criminal the stone-face gestapo Cops believed I was!!!
Then we came to the part where the cops forced a person to sign papers to the point that you'll be release from custody!!
Conditions are important in this case such as the last time the Prosecutor wanted me to signed papers not to be at the corner of Westmorland and Queen Street. I told Judge Julian Dickson that I wouldn't signed those papers because I have to cross the Westmorland Bridge to go to the North Side. I had to used the Westmorland Bridge.
The Judge ordered me in Jail for two days and the Gestapo ordered my medications be cut off. I could have taken a stroke.
Conditions in this case? I can mentioned the name Fred L'oiseau but I can't used his picture or condemn him.
I started to walk toward the cell and said - Lets go to Saint John I guess? I'm not signing any papers with conditions.
After around 20 minutes of debating? With no lawyers around to help me decide? I signed the papers.
Someone called the cop and asked if I agreed to the conditions?
The Cop replied- IT'S DONE!!!!
I left the Police Station and made an interview.

I arrived home and I was surprised that all my stuff was gone from my place. They took everything!!!
A code on the wall, hard drive, keyboard, external hard drives, speakers and modem!!
I was confused of the reason they would take all these items???
I returned to the Police Station and demanded some answers???
They told me they could keep all my items after my case is done in court.
Well....I was like a lost dog without its bone.
I came and felt that my privacy have been invaded.
Then I began to think about what the Gestapo Police Force could see in my computer.
All my contacts with the Government, friends and foes.
Will the Fredericton Gestapo begin to arrest my friends???

The word soon spread on the information Highway that the Blogger was once again arrested by the Fredericton Gestapo Police Force!!!
Someone showed up over my place and told me that I could have his computer!!
I reminded the guy that I didn't have a modem! It was no good to me.
The next morning the arrest was all over the News.

They took my external Hard drive with close to 170,000 pictures in there. Are they going to look through all the pictures?
That could take weeks!!!

Friday evening, I didn't have a computer in my place and I felt like a lost puppy.
A buddy figured that I would be having a hard time so he invited me over his home for a meal and beers!!!!
Even sent me home all drunk up with two bottle of wine for me to enjoy!!!

The next morning, I arrived at the Farmer's Market a little late.
I quickly found out that many people asked me if I had a computer? People wanted to help. The citizens were very very very upset with the Cops!!!
From the high profile people to the less fortunate. Everyone wanted to help me get back on line so I could continue blogging.
Someone came over with a modem with a message to the Gestapo Cops!
People were giving me money on the streets!!
I told the concern citizens that I was ok and lets see what's going to happen?
The stories was in all the media!!
Monday came and people were still talking about the arrest, They just couldn't believe it.
The media once again came over my place to do a follow up!!!
I received many emailed from people who wanted to donate a computer and money!!!
I was told to go at the Post Office at Shopper's Drug Mart at Kings Place.
Once there, there was a little lined up. I asked the Pharmacist if the media could video me for a few minutes inside the drug store. He agreed!
I noticed a male snob in front of me. He looked very uncomfortable with all the media in the area.
I said - Can I go ahead of you. It will only take a few minutes.
He said- This is just bad timing from my part. I believe that I'll come back another time and he left the area.
I was surprised when the Postal worker told me there was $300.00 in there!!!
It's issues like this that keeps this Blogger going!!!!

People been stopping me on the streets and giving me some money but I didn't want it.

It was a week this afternoon these two thugs approached me near the New Brunswick Legislature asked me to go for a ride at the Police Station.
I just came back from the deep woods. < left the City for 4 days > I will admit it has been a VERY hectic week. With Donald Trump elected as President that same evening.
How come the media are not asking questions on how can two Cops from the Edmundston Police Force come to this City and grab a citizen with no uniform police present. I understand President Trump took all the attention and everyone was hungover the next day...:P...I asked Fredericton SGT Dwight Doyle < who was in charge of the area > if he knew the two Cops from the Edmundston Police where in his jurisdiction??? He told me he didn't have a clue what was going on!!!!!
Deputy Chief Andre Madore from the Edmundston Police Force told me they have been working on this case against me for over one year and a half. I might add he also told me he never saw or read the Bernard Richard Report.
This goes to show me the Police didn't take his report seriously especially the part of dealing with people who are emotionally disturb.
The situation could have turned VERY ugly after they grab me because God knows what could have happened. Thank God...I never punch one of them!!!!
After a closer look at the video...I guess it did say Edmundston Police. I never saw the details because I was focusing on the stranger coming from behind me.

I had my camera on in my jacket inside the Police station but these clowns didn't know!!! Notice when he said - You will not see a lawyer but only talk to one. This is the way they do this. A lawyer on the phone tells you not to tell them anything but they still question you till the end.

I want the New Brunswick Police Commission to investigate two members of the Edmundston Police Force and the members of the Fredericton Police Force.
On November 8th at around 1:00pm, I was standing at the corner of Brunswick and St.John Street. As a Blogger, I confront MLA'S heading towards the New Brunswick Legislature for stories.
I noticed two men heading towards me in Black Suits. These strangers separated once they came 10 to 15 feet from me.
One guy quickly stood behind me and the other quickly showed me a badge saying - Monsieur LeBlanc I am the Police Chief of the Edmundston Police Force. Can you come with us for a drive at the Police Station.
I quickly went for my camera because I didn't know these two individuals and I don't believe that the Chief of Police from the Edmundston Police Force would travel all the way to the Capital to speak with me.
I said - What is he doing? Why is he behind me? I told Edmundston Police officer Andre Madore.
Andre Madore identified as the police Chief asked if i wanted to go at the Station?
I said no. Edmundston Police officer Sgt Rejean Couturier said - I am the Police in charge from Edmundston.
I said - Why are you behind me?
They repeated they were Cops from Edmundston.
I asked - If they were speaking Quebecois?
Andre Madore said - Yes but Rejean Couturier said he spoke - Le Brayon.
I asked them because I had a difficult time to understand their French because I speak Le chiac and I'm from Memramcook.
They told me they wanted to speak with me about the issue of "defamatory Libel"
I said - Lets speak English.
They switched to English.
I had to tell them again to not get too close. I added that I had the camera on and pointed to the other cameras in the area. They said - That's good.
I asked Andre Madore the reason they did not come to my house?
He did not answer.
He said - Well... we are here now. We saw you. We decided we wanted to talk to you.
I asked - How did you know me?
He said - Like I am trying to tell you. I am with the City of Edmundston Police Force.
I asked - Are you R.C.M.P.
He said - Let me talk to you.
I replied - I had 3 double double coffee and I have ADHD!

He said - Yes, in regards to the Fredericton Police Force.

I repeated my objections of being grabbed. I began to yell for the R.C.M.P.!!
They kept on yelling - STOP!!! They continued to grabbed at me in the middle of King Street.
Then I yelled repeatedly - GET THE POLICE to the dozens of bystanders.
Andre Madore said- We are going to go!!
I said- No! You are not taking my anywhere.
I repeated my previous objections and asked again for the Cops while they continued to grab me. I shouted You could be Mafia for all I know.
I said - You hurt my shoulder!!!
They said - Well yes...you did that yourself. They both shouted - STOP RESISTING!!!
I repeated myself in shouting - STAY AWAY!!! I DON'T KNOW WHO YOU PEOPLE ARE!!!
I repeated for the need of an Ambulance. They said - You are coming with us!!!

I said - I would not get into their car because they were in plain clothes.
Andre Ouellette the Executive Assistant to Minister of Public Safety Denis Landry arrived at the scene.
I asked him if he was responsible for this???
Andre and the plain clothes individual all told me to relax.

The Cops then told me they were taking me to R.C.M.P. Headquarters.

They once again told me that I was under arrest.

There are so many unanswered questions in this case that I don't know where to begin.
1- The " Officers " accosted me on the street < Corner of King and St John Street near the New Brunswick Legislature. Seemingly an inappropriate action by people who have no Jurisdiction in Fredericton.
2- This person told me and Fredericton Police Officers told me that he was the Chief of Police and his partner was the Deputy Chief. Later he changed his mind saying he was the Deputy Chief and his partner was the Sgt.
3- They arrested me under the Criminal Code 300. This charge seem to be the same information as they had in 2012. In 2012, they arrested me with the same charge by the same members of the Fredericton Police Force. I was charged under the Criminal Code 301. This seem to be Double Jeopardy.
4- They said I was under arrest. Tried to arrest me. Did not succeed. The Fredericton Police intervened and took me to the Police Station to straighten the matter out. When they were asked directly by Police Mike Wilson if I was under arrest? They said - No.
5- At 3:03 in the video at the Police Station. Fredericton Police officer Sgt. Bobbi Simmons-Beauchamp's lawyer name was mentioned by Jason Forward while I was in the lobby at the Fredericton Police Station. Why was Bobbi Simmons's lawyer mentioned?
6- The Officers from the Edmundston Police Force were playing games with my mental Illness by confronting me on the street. Notice in the video before the wrestling match, Deputy Chief Andre Madore was smirking at his partner. He was goading me. Why?
7- Edmundston Police Sgt Rejean Couturier quickly stood behind me at the beginning. Making me VERY uncomfortable.
8- Did the Edmundston Police officers have jurisdiction to arrest a citizen in the City of Fredericton? Did someone direct them to arrest me on the street?
9- I requested on MANY occasions for a uniform officer. Do they have the right to ignore the wishes of a citizen who demands that an uniform officer be present?
10 - Fredericton Police Sgt in charge Dwight Doyle was not aware of their presence or their intentions. Should the Fredericton Police Force have been inform of the presence of another Police force in their City?
11- They have been working on the case for one year and a half. They told the media two years. The Fredericton Police Force didn't have knowledge of this case? Who did and who pays?
12- I was told by the Deputy Chief of the Edmundston Police " Andre Madore " that they DID NOT read the Bernard Richard Report that was made public on December 6th 2012 after my place was raided by the Fredericton Police Force. I was charge under the criminal code 301. Why would they be investigating without all the evidence? Why ignore the report?
13 - I was never shown a warrant for my arrest. So? Why was I arrested in the first place? The only paper I signed was a paper to make certain I had all my belongings. Looks like they arrested me just to interrogate me. Is this not a violation of my rights?
14 - I was treated as a Criminal by the Fredericton Police Force. Before going to the hospital. They took my shoes, hat, jacket, belt, wallet. I wasn't in handcuff or shackles. But this look like an attempt to intimidate me and validate the abduction.
15- In video the Deputy Chief Andre Madore and Sgt Rejean Couturier would allow me to relax then grabbed me AGAIN. This went on and on for close to 9 minutes and 19 seconds. Unless they are going to arrest an individual. They should not touch them.
16- Why didn't the members of the Edmundston Police Force read my Rights to me once they mentioned I was under arrest? In closing, I want the New Brunswick Police Commission to investigate my complaint. Did the Edmundston Police Force over step their duty in confronting me on the street in Fredericton?
Here's some other closing remarks - They approached me on the street.
They did not tell me that I was under arrest.
They split up. One in front and the other behind to intimidate me.
They told me they wanted to talk to me. To come in their car.
To go to the Oromocto Police Station. Since I was not under arrest? Why would they do this?
I told them to stay back. They would not.
This would have been abduction if they have succeeded.
They hurt my shoulder.
They would not call uniform officers to the scene.
I find it offensive and frighting. To think that any plain clothes Officer can go to any place and threaten an individual into submission to comply with their wishes. I did not comply and I do not think they had the right to do that.
When I defended myself they switch to " Arrest me " to force me away.
In the end there was no arrest but I have been physically assaulted and emotionally Traumatized!!!
I was approached on the Street.
Edmundston plain clothes Police attempting to arrest me in Fredericton.
Same people trying to take me to a third jurisdiction.
My rights were not read to me not until I was inside the Fredericton Police Station.
Do they not need a warrant to arrest me at all?
The following police forces to date have been part of this harassment, which appears to be orchestrated by the Fredericton Police Force, and maybe other players.
I wish there to be a thorough investigation of the incidents of harassment by the various police forces in NB. My civil rights have been breached by the continuous harassment based on false charges or other specious reasons.
I wish specifically an investigation of certain individuals who appear to be involved in the pattern of harassment which includes Matt Myers, Frederick l'oiseau, Yves Despres, Bobby Simmons-Beauchamps and others.
The appearance of Edmunston cops with no apparent mandate and being deceptive of their office, the duplicity of whether I was or not under arrest, the strange mention of Bobbi Simmonds's lawyer suggests clearly that this is part of the ongoing systematic harassment.
When I told them it was ridiculous to go to a third jurisdiction interview room. They then snap, said I was under arrest and they gabbed at me repeatedly. Refusing to comply with my request for a uniform police officer.
The grabbed and hurt my shoulder.
I haven't been the same since the attack on the street by the Edmundston Police officers.
I was once again publicly humiliated.
I don't feel safe when I notice a Police Cruiser driving by.
I am very edgy.
I am very insecure.
I was just beginning to trust the Fredericton Police Force.
They were having a change of attitude towards me and me towards them.
This action by the Police is very disappointing. Now they have bought this matter back up to the surface. Is this really necessary?
There has been a pattern of harassment by the police dating back to June 6th, 2011
I am sensitive to the activities of police forces against me due to this harassment. Thank you
