Fredericton Bad Cop Robb Costello returns to the Streets of Fredericton!!!!
A couple of weeks ago while chatting with someone at King's Place, I noticed a Fredericton Police Cruiser driving in the alley way near Dooly's.
It was a couple of days before Christmas so I believe they were going to arrest the Panhandlers on Queen Street.
Out the door I went with my camera on so I can do a video on how the Cops treats the less fortunate in this City < especially since phony Idiot Mayor Mike O'Brien is in charge >

It was 2 months ago today that I was assaulted on the Streets in Fredericton by the Edmundston Police Force and oh yeah...Donald Trump was elected President of the United States of America!!!
I'm still looking for some answers but I can't get any!!! < especially from our Politicians >.....I'm putting a complaint to Public Safety in Days to come against the Fredericton Police Force because they are not moving on my complaint of assault!!!!

Any one that has known Charles since he was a kid knows that he has been in lots of fights.
Most of his fights were because Charles can be a pain in the ass or people just wanted to make a name for them self by bragging that they beat up Charles.
They also know that for some weird reason he will always let the other guy take the first swing and hope that there first punch is a good one. A stupid way of fighting if you ask me but that is Charles.
Then after that I hope the guy is ready for a ass whipping if he didn't land his first punch.
The nut case poet attacked Charles like he does everyone and is a real nut case and a known police informant. But since he is a police informant he is there boy and they will protect him.
I wonder how much crack the cops gave him from the impound stash for him to go after Charles? I wonder how many times people made complaints about him and nothing was done because he is there boy?
Its funny that two panhandlers picked a fight with Charles in such a short period of time when Charles hasn't been in a fight in years.
This is such a mickey mouse charge anyone can tell that its a other one of the Fredericton police farce witch hunt to get Charles put in jail so he will stop exposing all there dirty deeds.
What a fucking joke!!!
Come on, How many times will they try to frame him?
I hope this gets mainstream media attention and Leane, Bobbie Simone and everyone involved loose there badge over this bullshit witch hunt once and for all.
All Charles wanted was a public apology for every time they tried to frame him with bogus charges.
You see, Charles was treated very well by the Fredericton police farce until he made the mistake of video taping one of there cops beating the crap out of a Canadian soldier.
They have been after Charles ever since and they wont stop plotting a plan to put him in jail until they succeed.

Will try to get some answers next week of the arrest of the Blogger by two members of the Edmundston Police Force!!!
It was a week this afternoon these two thugs approached me near the New Brunswick Legislature asked me to go for a ride at the Police Station.
I just came back from the deep woods. I will admit it has been a VERY hectic week. With Donald Trump elected as President that same evening.
How come the media are not asking questions on how can two Cops from the Edmundston Police Force come to this City and grab a citizen with no uniform police present. I understand President Trump took all the attention and everyone was hungover the next day...:P...I asked Fredericton SGT Dwight Doyle if he knew the two Cops from the Edmundston Police where in his jurisdiction??? He told me he didn't have a clue what was going on!!!!!
Deputy Chief Andre Madore from the Edmundston Police Force told me they have been working on this case against me for over one year and a half. I might add he also told me he never saw or read the Bernard Richard Report.
This goes to show me the Police didn't take his report seriously especially the part of dealing with people who are emotionally disturb.
The situation could have turned VERY ugly after they grab me because God knows what could have happened. Thank God...I never punch one of them!!!!
After a closer look at the video...I guess it did say Edmundston Police. I never saw the details because I was focusing on the stranger coming from behind me.
Do they REALLY believe that this Blogger was going to go into a vehicle with two strangers????
Sorry...this wasn't going to happen.
What put me on edge is when Deputy Chief Andre Madore smirked at his partner meaning - We have to listen to him???
I knew right then that I was in trouble. Because don't ever forget - WHAT YOU TELL THEM WILL BE USE AGAINST YOU IN A COURT OF LAW!!!!
The media is not covering this issue and I'm VERY surprise because on social media this issue is being debated BIG TIME!!!!!
How much money have the taxpayers paid for this foolishness???? These are good questions!!!!!
Who is behind this case???? Why are the Fredericton Police keep on going after the Blogger???? The Liberal Government is playing a role???
I have a complaint that I was ready to give to the Attorney General last week about the trial of the idiotic Poet and the Lawsuit against the Fredericton Police for telling my Internet Provider that I was exploiting Kids for Sex!!!
Now that the Fredericton Police have shut down the Scanner so therefore they have no watch dogs. I expect them to shut down this blogger in the near future.
I am filling a complaint to the New Brunswick Police Commission as soon as possible. We need a hearing of why the Fredericton Police are going to the extreme to cause me harm.
Funny part is I was during the last few weeks starting to feel at ease with the members of the Fredericton Police Force but sadly we are back to square one.
I am VERY edgy and upset on what just happen. We must get rid of these steroid gorillas a soon as possible before a citizen gets killed!!!!
Where's out phony Mayor Mike O'Brien in this issue???? What did the Police Chief Leanne Fitch know about this issue????
What did the staff of the Edmundston Police force approve this???
So many questions and during the next few weeks I will be hunting down the Politicians and Officials on the street about my concerns. Especially right near the New Brunswick Legislature. How many other people have vanished from the streets because of our Police Force????

I had my camera on in my jacket inside the Police station but these clowns didn't know!!! Notice when he said - You will not see a lawyer but only talk to one. This is the way they do this. A lawyer on the phone tells you not to tell them anything but they still question you till the end.

Fredericton Police no hurry in investigating two Cops from Edmundston Police who assaulted Blogger on November 8th!!!
Sure sounds like a Police State eh???
My sources are telling me it's normal procedure for Municipal Police to travel to other cities and arrest people in plain clothes. You don't have to have a uniform officer with you.
But the Public don't know this and this is the reason Michel Vienneau was shot dead in Bathurst on January 12th, 2015!

I DO NOT support "‘Ellen’s Law" in New Brunswick!!!
Everyone is jumping on this issue. I just posted this note on Facebook. You can't compete California to New Brunswick. This Province passed a bike law in 1995 that everyone wears a helmet. Fredericton Police goes after certain cultures that are not wearing a helmet. I should be standing at a corner and called the Police every instance someone rides a bike without a helmet....there are no bike lane....does this means everyone that drives inches by me that I should call the police???? There are WAY TOO many issues to tackle before this one....you can't pass laws by emotions....wait..a young kid was killed on the new Marysville highway...I believe he had headphones while riding his bike...now there's a dangerous issue right there...what about riding a bicycle on the road or highways in December or January????...VERY dangerous if you asked moi....people are force to ride their bike on the streets in Fredericton without helmets because the Park Patrol are hunting down people who dare to exercise...this sport is changing into a elitist sport and I don't like it...because passing new laws for bicycles...study the way we are handing the issue these days.....enough said....

Maybe the Irving Media will write a different Editorial in 2017 than the one in 2013!!!
I noticed the Irving Media are really pushing the Image of the Fredericton Police Force in their local paper.
I just don't get it!!! The cops must have something on the Irvings??? But what????

But seriously? Why would a Newspaper agree that fooling the internet provider with fake child porn search warrant is a good thing???
Are the Irvings working together with the Police???
We need a good Watergate Team of journalists to investigate this issue!!!
Many questions? How came up with the idea to search my place for child porn??? Who suggested this???
The David Alward's Government? Dan Bussieres???? Which individual in the Police Force gave the orders???????
How many citizens are in Jail because of this Crooked Police Force?????

The only possible alleviating consideration to be given for this "poor cut and paste job" is the inevitable conclusion that a search warrant requested for the same purpose would have undoubtedly been approved and this would have met the ISP’s policy concerning release of personal information. All other requests to or through the Crown to obtain the necessary evidence, including a search warrant to enter Mr. LeBlanc’s premises and seize his computer, were approved. There is no reason to believe that a request to obtain Mr. LeBlanc’s IP address would have received a different treatment.
We need some answers and I'm going giving up until I get some!!!!!

The section below that, however, clearly indicates the investigation being undertaken is related to child sexual exploitation.
Given that the form is intended for the purpose of this type of disclosure and the form also indicates is it [sic] required for this purpose, [we] subsequently provided the subscriber information with the understanding is [sic] was intended to be used for that purpose. My team would not use this form to disclose IP address information under any other circumstances. All other types of non-exigent criminal investigations require the police to obtain a production order or search warrant to obtain subscriber information linked to an IP address.
This egregious error gives credence to those who see this part of the investigation as an attempt to find something more serious to be used against Mr. LeBlanc.
Obviously, several members of the FPF were questioned about the use of this form. The response provided was that it was a "poor cut and paste job." But, with respect, it is more than that given that the use of th the form is exclusive to child sexual exploitation offences and should only be used for that purpose.

Matt Sloan was last seen during the Harvest Jazz and Blues Festival in Fredericton. He was found days later in the St.John River!! Many are still asking some questions about his death.
Greg Wry from Woodstock was last seen in a motel in Fredericton and body was never found.
This woman have been missing since November 10, 2008!! What's her name again???
Scotty vanished in 2006 and the police never asked the public for help!! Here's Scotty panhandling for a few bucks in 2006!!
Elisabeth < Beth > Fellows was last seen at the Liquor Store near Giant Tiger and her Body was found behind the store months later!!! One strange issue is the Family had to put her missing on Kijiji before the rest of the media took notice. The Cops never took her missing seriously!! Why wasn't there a proper search of the area or was there???
Michael John Lyons went missing and I heard last week that once his body was found in the river? There were three other missing bodies near-by. I guess all these bodies were label as suicides but were they???
Ricky Champion was announced missing to the police but was found weeks later in the Basement of his Apartment Building. Family members told the media that something was very wrong in this case!!!
Now there's John Crabbe in which the Cops took their time in searching for this guy.
I predict he'll be found in O'dell Park in the Spring!!
Alicia Dawn Boone body was found outside of the City Limit but I'm certain she was killed in Fredericton. To this day the Police never made public how she died?
As a matter of fact, they can't investigate inside this City because it's an area where our Racist Police Force are in control of!!!
