I saw the guy jump from a wall and fell on the sidewalk...I just kept on going home...I heard on the scanner two guys screaming at each other so OUT THE DOOR I WENT!!!!!

How come the CBC never made an investigation on Radio-Canada????
Is it a code that both of these Stations don't investigate each other???? Radio-Canada should be investigated on denying citizens who don't speak enough good French to be in a Political Debate!!!

Broadcasters in Canada covering elections must give all candidates, parties and issues equitable treatment. Equitable does not mean equal, rather it means that all candidates and parties get some air time to share their ideas on issues with the public. Equitable treatment applies to free and paid advertising, news coverage and public affairs programming, including debates.
Debate programs do not have to include all parties or candidates. However, broadcasters need to ensure that, in general, they are informing their audiences on the positions of candidates and parties on the main issues in a reasonable manner.

A warning to the Fredericton Police Force. Don't even go after this guy because he gave me an interview. The New Brunswick Police Commission are racist against the less fortunate but I will bring him right to the Premier himself if he's bothered by the Cops!!!

These posts are diluting the issues. Charles has the right to express his beliefs and opinions; that is not libel or defamation if he believes what he is saying, which he does. You are misunderstanding the Charter right to hold and express your own beliefs - that is why the FP Farce came after Charles under an unconstitutional charge for defamatory libel - they knew that did not rely on Charles actually believing the comments he made, which is what made it unconstitutional. That is also why they have not come after Charles again in a civil proceeding, because Charles believes what he says and writes. Is it time to Boycott or get rid of the CBC and Radio-Canada?????
I would have never believed the day would come that I would be saying this but it's VERY bad once we allow Russian style of Television in this Country!!!
I don't understand the reason they refuse to allow David Coon in a political debate.
I believe after this election, I will be joining force with the people who are speaking out against the CBC and Radio-Canada.

CBC radio are really the one's at fault, up until the made their decision, no one looked at Alwards competency in french, while assessing whether or not one is competent out side of formal testing is a subjective assessment. CBC created this problem by doing a comparative assessment between David Coon and Alward and the CBC by saying that Coon was not fluent in french at the same time implying that Alward was.fluent. The consequence of CBC radio's decision is that it changed the focus from issues to personalities.
This is an election that is based on issues not who can and who cannot speak french, I can imagine that for both when they have to speak in French is probably a pretty stress full moment in their lives.
Lets get back to the serious issues that are facing the province of New Brunswick, contrary to what CBC created.
Not related to this post, For those who don't vote, your lack of participation may allow the party that you don't want in.

While it is okay for the Mayor to invent a by-law to evict people from in front of City Hall and it is okay for the Police to lie to get access to Charles' Blog, they have committed no crimes? I know that I for one, will not be voting for the Mayor and Councillors in the next election. They believe it is okay for them to commit crimes but not others.. The worst of it was the tax payers were on the hook for the Mayor's sins. What's sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander.
